For us to fill out your order as soon as possible, you will have to provide us with the following:

  1. Medications Order Form.
  2. Valid prescription signed by licensed physician/doctor which should be written in English.
  3. Non receipt of a prescription within 14 business days will result in a cancellation of you order.
